The Time Shop opened its doors on Monroe St. in downtown Memphis in 1955. At first, we were only selling and repairing clocks and watches. Pretty soon after that we added time clocks to our product lines. In 1980 we decided to concentrate all of our efforts on the commercial and industrial side of timekeeping and just work with electronic time clocks. That was about the time that the industry started to go electronic and The Time Shop was right there with it. As each new wave of technology has come about, we have always kept up with the latest trends, including guard tour systems and fingerprint time clocks.
We sell, support and service these high quality brands: Time America, Qqest, Lathem, Detex, Rapidprint, Widmer and Acroprint.
We also can provide you with supplies for your existing equipment, whether it is Time Cards, Ribbons, keys or service.
The main thing we want to make sure of is that we treat our customers the same way we would want to be treated. Our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to help you with any questions, requests for service or help with any purchases you wish to make.
